Edie Roberts is a genderqueer poet, performer and organizer living in so called Detroit, MI. They believe in self-publishing and making things for yourself; Titles include The Roof is On Fire pt.1&2 (2012/2016), The Heel and The Face (2016), Everywhere You Go (2019), Ain’t Life Grand (2020), WHAT IF LOVING YOU WASN’T ABOUT ME (2022 w/ Chelsea Tadeyeske), and Thank You (2023). Matt Moreland is a writer, filmmaker and visual artist based in Hamilton, ON. After his 2021 Amazon best selling debut poetry collection “Greenbelt Summer”, he co-founded monday press. Monday is a writers collective focused on creating new interesting audience experiences for writers to perform and share their work. For his contributions through monday press, Matt was shortlisted for a 2023 City of Hamilton Arts Award. Now Matt and monday are expanding beyond Southern Ontario to bring their performances to new arts communities. His most recent work, a writing and photography zine titled “Midnight Sub” comes out September 2023 in conjunction with a public installation of his short prose titled “Words For Strangers”. https://www.itsmonday.press/
