Pasta, Poetry & Dance Programming Fundraiser

  • Green Bean Café Lower Level of UCC, 2320 Wyandotte St W Windsor, ON N9B 1K4 Canada (map)

Full transparency, Artcite is going through a financial rough patch. The COVID-19 pandemic was extremely difficult to navigate and quite expensive. Our inability to effectively fundraiser took a toll on our financial reserves and although we're proud to have utilized our resources to encourage the work of local artist, and provide necessary support to our staff, we are now facing cash flow difficulties. We have big plans for our future and look forward to providing unique programming for the community but we need a bump in our fundraising efforts.

We hope you'll join us on March 5th for a fun PASTA FUNDRAISER that will help us to launch our fundraising initiative with an evening of pasta, poetry, and dancing. We are excited to host the event at GREEN BEAN CAFE, a small business that has been wonderful to us. We'll have our very own DJ NEEDLES 9:14, who happens to be a member of our Board of Directors, providing the musical landscape for the evening, and our Executive Director Teajai Travis, kicking off a set of OPEN MIC POETRY.

Tickets for the PASTA FUNDRAISER are available here on EVENTBRITE or you can make your contribution at the door. We prefer you purchase your ticket on EVENTBRITE so we can have a better idea of how much food to prepare but it you would like to purchase at the door please send an email to info@artciteinc.ca so we can put your name on our attendance list.

WE LOOK FORWARD TO SEEING YOU ON MARCH 5TH!
