Windsor’s only Independent Film & Video Festival, featuring new works by artists from around the corner and around the globe. In addition to main festival screenings, Media City 4 also featured guest artist screenings and presentations by Toronto filmmaker and video artist Su Rynard and inventor of the web cam (and the wearable web cam) Dr. Steve Mann.
