Skateboarding 101! Join us as we go through the fundamentals of skateboarding. If you're just starting out with skateboarding and have little to no experience, then this is the perfect opportunity for you to learn! We will guide you through stance, riding, turning, and more. We have a few extra boards and helmets available. Feel free to bring your own if you have them! Hope to see you there! FREE!
Creative Output Theory (COT) is a collaborative, community-focused, skateboarding-based art and education project created and coordinated by Artcite’s 2024 Waawiiyaatanong BIPOC Artists in Residence, Josinah Makotoko and Ricardo Rodriguez. COT officially opened on February 10. Event schedules and drop-in hours are posted weekly from February 11–March 9.
